Our Quality Standard

Zero-tolerance inspection protocols governing raw fibers, sewing threads, and packing containers.

ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Systems

Quality is not a final step; it is a continuous manufacturing discipline. Our ISO 9001:2015 certification reflects our structured approach to error prevention, document control, and continuous process optimization.

We maintain an independent in-house testing lab that inspects raw materials before they reach cutting benches, and finished products before they enter custom boxes. Our testing protocols match leading global certification standards (EN 388, EN 407, OEKO-TEX).

Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) 1.5

Our standard wholesale shipments are audited according to strict ISO 2859-1 single-sampling plans with a target AQL threshold of 1.5.

STANDARDS

Testing Gates

Tensile & Tear Tests

Verifies leather hides and woven fabrics can withstand standard tear forces under heavy-duty load conditions.

Colorfastness Check

Ensures dyes resist bleeding or fading during high-temperature washing or exposure to sweat and perspiration.

Water & Wind Proofing

Hydrostatic pressure testing verifies jacket seams and shells prevent water ingress under wet outdoor conditions.

Bio-safety Starch Tests

Confirms towel cotton fibers contain zero formaldehyde, heavy metals, or allergenic synthetic starches.

Inline Inspection

Inspection Milestones

Each order undergoes three distinct inspections:

  • 1. Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)

Audit of raw materials: leather split grading, cotton yarn weight, zipper test loads, and custom dye matching.

  • 2. During Production Inspection (DPI)

Stitch counting checks, dimension confirmations, and print alignment audits when 25% of the run is completed.

  • 3. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)

Finished cartoning check, labeling accuracy, container cleanliness, and packaging seal approvals.
