1. Wholesale Quotations

All prices provided by our B2B coordinators are subject to changes in raw material cotton prices or tanning chemicals. Final prices are locked upon contract signing and deposit receipt.

2. Payment and Deposits

Standard contract terms require a 30% advance deposit via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or Letter of Credit (LC) at sight. The remaining 70% balance is payable upon delivery of Bill of Lading copy.

3. Lead Times & Shipping

Production lead times begin only after physical sample approval and deposit confirmation. Warmhide is not responsible for port delay congestion or customs shipping line backlogs.

4. Intellectual Property

Branded designs, blueprints, and custom logo templates supplied by customers remain the exclusive IP of the buyer. We enter strict NDAs upon request before review.

5. Jurisdiction

All commercial contracts and sales agreements are governed by trade laws of Gujranwala Chamber of Commerce and export regulations of the Government of Pakistan.
